This weekend was the Premier of a film called Tunnel Vision that I shot on the original RED one sensor

Nex fs100 or fs700

Going to be shooting a show for the Weather Channel with a producer director I really admire. Took a look at the potential new cameras on the market that may be worth buying for the show- the 700 seems like the way to go but with all the parts needed to make it into a run and gun camera Ira really out of the budget- the 100 is nearly obsolete. There are no good solutions only compromises in TV. I should go back to my plan of buying glass and letting the production company by everything else.

First Blog

It looks like its time to start a blog- I've been sork a great deal with the F3 and after about 25-20 interviews with it I am still exploring it's strengths and weakness- I keep getting the same camera back ( it's owned buy the company I've been shooting for) with new settings which has made me think and change and add- also have been using Sony Lenses and they are not as bad as I thought for the type of work they have been used for- more on this later- I will upload a photo from a simple set up of today
